matt wertz

so erin, melissa, and i had a fabulous time at the matt wertz concert. it's one thing to really like an artist for their music but it's another to really like an artist for their music and their character. i was so impressed with his good sense of humor and his ability to really connect and interact with the audience. he also received an A+ in the humble department. after the show he was mingling with us fans. he walked up to us and said, "hey i'm matt, what's your name?" as if we didn't already know. hah. i just appreciate him treating us like normal human beings instead of talking to us like silly girls who adore him. it was a great time and i totally recommend everyone to be a fan of this great musician/singer.

dedicated to greenville

this post is dedicated to my last year in beautiful greenville, nc. here are all the things i'd like to do by graduation:

1. go on a picnic by the river

2. go to the original washington for their friday night "music in the streets"

3. borrow someones dog and go back to the dog park (otherwise known as the happiest place on earth)

4. actually dress up this halloween

5. have oodles of bunco parties

6. go to the corn maze with my friends

7. take saturdays off and go to the beach for the day (as many times as possible)

8. watch free movies at the student center

9. go to a star party hosted by the astronomy club!

10. work out at the gym at least 3 times a week

11. eat icecream downtown regularly

12. join the pirate club and attend every game!

13. have as many girls nights as possible

14. write in my journal weekly!

15. eat home-cooked meals by sara's grandma!

16. make friends with the neighbors

17. have LOST marathons with my roomies

18. go on a mission trip with BCM again

19. eat at cubbies at least once!

20. run or walk in a 3k

21. enjoy my time with my greenville girls!
